Payment Policy:

Your billing information must match with your credit card number; otherwise your order is subject to cancellation or delayed shipment.


Return Policy:

All customized items are Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable.

NO refunds or exchanges are given on custom items.

It is your responsibility to inspect all merchandise upon receiving for any manufacturer's defects. You have 30 days to return the NON-CUSTOMIZED item(s) to us for a replacement or exchange.

We do not tolerate credit card fraud, which is a felony. If it is determined that an attempted order is fraudulent, we will report all documents and IP address information to the FBI, at http://www.ifccfbi.gov


Transit Time and Procedures:

Depending upon product availability please allow 2 weeks + shipping time to process your order.

Transit Time Delays - We are not responsible for any Transit Time delays caused by any circumstances.
